We have been made aware by a few members over the last month that they have unexpectedly received a penalty notice for parking when their membership has still been valid and they haven’t changed their vehicle – we know, we got one.
If this is the case, please contact the centre, nwscreception@serco.com and include a copy of your membership card with your email.
You will need to give them your name, your vehicle details, and the parking charge information so that they can look into it.
Unfortunately there is nothing the club can do about this situation, other than make people aware that you need to inform the centre in the following situations:
When you change your vehicle
When you renew your membership
Hopefully these glitches will be few and far between.
