There are still spaces available for the Pool rolling sessions this week, and for the next few weeks.
As a reminder these sessions run every Saturday at the Ken Martin Pool at Bulwell from 3.45 to 5.15.
Cost is £7 per session.

This is a great opportunity to become more confident in capsizing, learning rescues or learning to roll.
