I have received several emails today from club members who have received parking charges at the centre, despite having completed the registration form.
I am trying to contact the centre without success at the moment to see what is happening.
If you have changed your vehicle or are a new club member who did not fill in the parking form you will need to go to Reception at the WW centre with your club membership card, and ask them to add your vehicle/vehicles to the parking list.
If you haven’t printed off your membership card and need to take this with you, and you can’t find the email, please contact the secretary who will resend your welcome email with your membership card.

However, at present the phone on reception doesn’t seem to be being answered as I have been cut off several times.
The club has no access to the forms that you submitted and so we can’t check anything for you. I apologise for this lack of information but we have only just been informed of the new process for registration of vehicles.
