AGM Calling Notice
I am writing to you to inform you that the Annual General Meeting of Holme Pierrepont Canoe Club will take place on the 14th of December at 7.30pm.
As last year this AGM will take place on Zoom to enable social distancing and to ensure members safety. The meeting details for the zoom call are included at the bottom of this email.

The trustees will be asking members to vote on a change to the constitution which is:
Section 12.3.b
The maximum number of club trustees to be increased from 10 to 15.
The trustees also want to bring forward a motion to appoint a Touring Trustee, as David Guntrip was co-opted into this role after standing down as Treasurer.
We would like to thank Vicky Kelly and Christina Noakes who are standing down as trustees this year, for the work that they have done as Recreation and Youth Trustees respectively. New Trustees are sought for these roles and role descriptions are attached.
David Guntrip realised that the treasurers role was not something that he could undertake and he stood down from the role earlier in the year, and was co-opted as a touring trustee.
I am delighted to let you know that a volunteer has come forward and offered to take on the role of Treasurer, a key role within the club, I hope that you will be happy to elect Robin Randall as the new Treasurer.
All other trustees have confirmed their willingness to continue as trustees. David Guntrip has offered to stand for election as the touring trustee if the position is created.
